SUP-FIT and our instructors acknowledge the First People, the Traditional Owners and Custodians of our two bays and the Mornington Peninsula, The Boon Wurrung. Their culture, connection to land and care for the shores on which we gather and the waters on which we paddle is many thousands of years old.

SUP-FIT is our passion as well as our business, we love sharing our knowledge of the water, our enjoyment of stand up paddling, our love of nature and fitness with all the people who come and paddle with us. We aim to inspire people to connect to nature, take on a physical challenge, and most importantly have FUN. Stand up paddling is a sport for everyone and anyone who loves life and making the most of it.

We are the only SUP school on the Mornington Peninsula whose instructors are accredited with both the Academy of Surfing Instructors and Surfing Australia.

In the current COVID-19 crisis SUP-FIT  will continue to offer some SUP sessions with additional protocols relating to group size, distance between paddlers on the beach and cleaning of equipment.
