What happens if my lesson is cancelled ?
At our SUP school, we run SUP lessons in all weather and conditions, rain hail or shine, providing it is safe to do so. If the currents are too strong, or if the conditions are unsafe due to high winds or lightning, then we will reschedule your lesson. If we change the time and you are unable to come to the new lesson, then you can choose an available date from our website that suits.at a later date. If that is unsatisfactory we may issue a refund at our discretion.
If you would like to reschedule a lesson you have booked, we need at least 24 HOURS NOTICE. Failure to give the necessary notice will mean you forfeit the cost of that lesson. Under these circumstances there are no refunds, partial or otherwise.

Will I fall off when I'm learning ?
This varies from person to person. Most of SUP-FIT’s clients do not fall off their boards on their first lesson. The SUPs are quite big and stable and water conditions are usually calm. Having said that, anyone can fall off and safe falling technique is explained at the start of each lesson. A paddler new to SUP always begins the lesson paddling kneeling down and progresses to standing when they feel ready.
